Since we cannot know all that there is to be known about anything, we ought to know a little about everything. -- Blaise Pascal

Only 5?

Everyone has their choice, their opinion, their favorites, be it for technical, sentimental, or other reasons.

GameDaily is no different, as they present their Top 5 Greatest Mario Games.

And on that note, that seems like a good place to toss this out: A lot of people say that New Super Mario Bros. doesn’t really do much new, but it does the old stuff pretty well.

Personally, I’m cool with that, because I’ve been looking at this as a sort of anniversary edition type of game, except instead of repackaging a classic game or collection with some extras, they gave us a new adventure in the classic style.

And to me? That’s cool. A great way to celebrate before what may perhaps be the real innovation comes next year in Super Mario Galaxy

For another opinion, GameTrailers added their own review just hours ago.
