Neat little Flash video here called Rockman: Next Attack.
It’s entirely original art(that is, not sprite based, anyway), and features a neat sort of combination between MMPU and older MM art styles, and features newer characters as well(pseudo-PU styled Bass and Duo, folks).
It’s worth a look, at any rate.
